A few months ago, I was looking for free cartoons to watch on youtube, and I came across Mr. Bean: The Animated Series. All the episodes are on youtube and each episode is 11 minutes. The cartoon, based on a British skit comedy “Mr. Bean”, is about a British man who doesn’t speak much, lives in an apartment with his teddy bear and drives a mini. He also has to deal with his mean landlady Mrs. Wicket and her cat Scrapper. He also has a girlfriend named Irma who visits him sometimes. He goes on funny adventures and gets into trouble. When he goes driving, he usually encounters a three wheeled blue car and gets into a feud with the driver. I was able to watch all the episodes within a few weeks.
